You may not like Pete Wentz but you ahve to admire the man's achievements.
He pulled himself back from depression (although not completely obviously), is involved in a globally influencial band, has his own record label in Decay dance, clothing line and isn't afraid to be creative.

He may not be pressed as the nicest guy ever and recieve postive publicity, but he's obviously doing something right. Not to mention none of us actually know him...we can only judge him on a public image.

Also they're video's are a concept, and metaphorical...much like what aiden tried with One Love. It superfically made on sense but with alittle thought and understanding it took on a greater meaning and significance.

most bands write about those things because they HAPPEN in LIFE. FOB are talented and i only dont like them so much anymore because i dont like how over-rated they have basically become, i dont hate them... god i could never BUT they did change.

And also, if a band never changes people would think "Wow, is that ALL they can do??" If Aiden kept doing stuff like I set my friends on fire alot of people might think "Wow, they do screaming and punk-rock.." and that they could almost never pull of a nice slow song.

Bands need to change even if its a little to grow.
